Did you see this? Former Education Secretary William Bennett said that aborting every black baby in this country would reduce the crime rate. Seriously, he said that. He defends himself in the article above, but really you can't defend yourself from even thinking an idea like that. It is kind of like the psychology test where there is some scenario and there is only one right answer and if you get it you are insane - the answer has to do with killing someone to get what you need. Well, this is the same thing I think.
