Voices For Children - Voting Update

Dear Friends,

On the November ballot, you will have the choice to vote on two important initiatives that will affect the lives of children in Nebraska. Voices for Children in Nebraska has taken a position on both issues based on what is in the best interest of Nebraska’s children and families. We will vote NO on 423 and YES on Amendment 5. As part of this email, we are sharing a one-page information sheet on Amendment 5, produced by the Families FOR Amendment 5 Campaign – http://www.familiesforamendment5.org/. You will also find a double-sided information sheet on 423, prepared by our Voices office, to assist in spreading the word on the damaging effects of 423, and why we must vote NO. We ask that you take the time to know the issues, vote for children, and become a voice by spreading the word to friends, families, and co-workers to vote NO on 423 and YES on 5.
