I like Friday

Happy Friday, everyone. This week has just flown by. I was hoping that this would be a nice, relaxing weekend, but that has changed. Tonight I am going to the Playhouse. No, not the one in Iowa, the Community Playhouse. I am going for the free booze, but there is also a play going on I guess. Some of you may remember Debbie from Boston, who was here about a year and a half ago working at Saddle Creek. She will be in town Saturday - if anyone wants to come out with us give me a call. Sunday night we have our Fantasy Football draft, which really marks the time when football is about to start - I can't wait. Next week I'm going out of town, so I need to get my football previews out here. I'm close, but not quite ready. They will be posted before next Friday.

It's Friday, so I'll post something fun to read once again. This Pat Robertson shit is hilarious. How Christian of him to call for an assasination. I'll pass on that though. Check this one out. I've discussed how Bill O'Reilly is unethical and has an overall blurred view of reality (see my posting "Out of Context" from Aug 11). In this one O'Reilly calls extremists "admirers of Third Reich philosophy and fans of Outfoxed". You can either read the text or watch his video at that link. Also Outfoxed defends itself in the column, and you can link to the video of that within the O'Reilly link.

Have a great Friday and great Weekend!
